Sky Sovereign - Terms of Service
Sky Sovereign is a shared resource and for pilots to work together, refine our knowledge, and support one another in exam and interview preparation.
Fees are used to cover hosting, security, and keeping the site up to date.
Purpose
This site supports study and preparation. Content can contain errors or be out of date. Always cross-check with company manuals, manufacturer data, and regulation before operational use.
Accounts
- One person per account. Shared credentials lead to suspension.
- You are responsible for access to your account and actions taken under it.
- Name–ID match: the account display name must match the holder of the staff ID supplied at signup. Where a mismatch occurs, the account will be deleted
- Breaches of these terms or abuse result in removal without notice.
Acceptable use and limited sharing
Collaboration is encouraged, within limits:
- Short excerpts may be shared with up to five colleagues in a private setting for discussion.
- Bulk sharing, systematic exports, category dumps, or database mirrors are banned.
- Public or semi-public redistribution (forums, social media, open group chats, shared drives) is banned.
- Watermarked PDFs are for personal use only.
- Automation, scraping, and derivative databases are banned.
Breaches lead to permanent bans and may trigger further action.
Payments and access
- Stripe processes payments.
- Trials have feature limits and a daily question cap.
- Full access is time-limited; the expiry date appears in your account.
- Fees are non-refundable except when significant contributions are made.
- Chargebacks or disputes trigger immediate suspension pending review.
Availability and changes
- Maintenance and technical issues can interrupt service.
- Features may change or be removed.
- Access can be revoked for security or policy reasons.
Cookies and data storage
- Essential cookies support authentication and security.
- We log signups, logins, verification events, payments, abuse-prevention signals, and critical errors.
- We store minimal personal data securely: email, staff ID, name, and access status.
- By signing up you are consenting to data storage, deleting your account will remove all your data.
Security
- Do not attempt to bypass access controls or rate limits.
Liability
- Sky Sovereign operates on an as-is basis, with no warranties.
- Use is at your own risk. We accept no liability for decisions or outcomes arising from use of the site or its content.
- Sky Sovereign has no affiliation with any airline, manufacturer, or authority.
Changes
Terms can change. The current version appears on this page. Continued use signals acceptance of the current terms.
